mixed dbplus_rcrtlike ( string name, resource relation [, int overwrite] )
dbplus_rcrtexact() will create an empty copy
of the given relation under a new
name, but with default indices.

namewill only be overwritten if this parameter is set to TRUE and no other process is currently using the relation.
